OVERVIEW

Sky support system is Dynamics CRM best customer application which solves wide range of business challenges and provides simple solution for customer support. Support system is used for managing customer support requests. It has support for both internal and external (belongs to other organizations) support teams.

The system have simple operations, Support system has a public website for this purpose, where customers can login, register and then can create support tickets. Customer can also see their historical tickets as well as can see the status of current support tickets. On CRM side, the internal support teams can manage new customer registration requests as well as can manage the ongoing support requests. The CRM system automatically sends notification emails on different occasions for example when a new ticket is created or when it is resolved etc. The CRM also converts customer support queries through emails into support requests automatically and can send confirmation emails to the customer and the support teams. Customer receives auto email notification regarding their support requests and they can also check it through the public website. Once a ticket is closed the customer receives an automatic survey regarding their ticket where they can provide their feedback and rating.

CRM provides the facility of dashboards which provide great help to the support teams. They can easily find new support requests, new emails and pending registration requests and can manage them easily.

For the CRM side Microsoft has a cool mobile app from where the internal team can do most of the functionalities.
